Ebates is a site that allows users to earn money by referring friends and family members to other businesses. Ebates usually charges a small fee for each referral, but sometimes offers bonuses or freebies in addition. Yesterday, I received an email from Ebates informing me that my account had been cancelled. I was very surprised and disappointed because I had been using the site for over a year and had made quite a few referrals. I am now wondering what happened to my account?
