I’ve tried every trick in the book–including turning off his computer, unplugging it, and resetting it–but nothing seems to work. He’s always been a bit of a perfectionist, so I’m not sure what could be wrong. I’ve tried calling him, but he’s always out of town or working on something else. I don’t know how to get him to come back to work.
