If you’re like most people, you probably have an Instagram account and a few posts. But if you’re like me, you probably don’t remember all of your posts from years ago. To help you view your Instagram bio past posts, I’ve created a list of tips that will help you get a better understanding of how to view and use your account.

  1. Open your Instagram app and sign in.
  2. Click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen (the one with the green arrow). This will take you to your profile page.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “History.” This will show all of your posts from before July 1st, 2016 (the date that Instagram started using automated posting).
  4. To view all of your posts from before July 1st, 2016, click on “History” again and select “All Posts.” This will show all of your posts from before July 1st, 2014 (the date that Instagram started using manual posting).
  5. To view all of your posts from before July 1st, 2013 (the date that Instagram started using automated posting), click on “History” again and select “All Posts.” This will show all of your posts from before July 1st, 2012 (the date that Instagram started using manual posting).
