If you’re a Chrome user, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of the Google Chrome extension called “Unlink.” It’s a handy tool that lets you easily remove links from your browser history. But what if you don’t want to remove all the links from your history? What if you just want to selectively remove some of them? That’s where the “Unlink by URL” extension comes in. This extension lets you unlink specific URLs from your history, based on certain criteria. For example, it can unlink links from websites that are related to your current job or research project. So how do you use Unlink by URL? First, open up Chrome and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the window. This will show a list of all the websites that are associated with your current account. On this list, you’ll see a list of URLs that have been linked to by other websites. You can click on any of these URLs to unlink them from your history. Now that you know how to use Unlink by URL, it’s time to try it out! Open up Chrome and click on any link in your history that has been linked to by another website. Then click on Unlink by URL and let it do its job!
