  1. Use the Snipping Tool The first way to take a screenshot is to use the Snipping Tool. To do this, open the Snipping Tool by clicking on the three lines in the top left corner of your screen and selecting it from the list. (If you don’t see the Snipping Tool, you may need to update your Office 365 software.) To take a screenshot, click on the “Take Screenshot” button in the toolbar and select what you want to capture from your screen. You can also use keyboard shortcuts: Press Ctrl+Shift+3 (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+3 (Mac) to capture an entire window, or press Alt+Print Screen (Windows) or Option+Print Screen (Mac) to capture just your current screen.
  2. Use Office Online Another way to take a screenshot is by using Office Online. To do this, open Office Online and sign in with your Microsoft account. Click on File > New > Screenshot from Current Window and select what you want to capture from your screen. You can also use keyboard shortcuts: Press Ctrl+Alt+S (Windows) or Cmd+Alt+S (Mac) to capture an entire window, or press Alt+(Windows)+PrtScr(Mac)+Esc(to cancel). ..

Click the “Prnt Scrn” button on your keyboard. Click “Paste” on your computer’s menu bar to paste the screenshot into an open document or email message. Click “File” and then click “Print.
