If you’re a Microsoft account holder on a Windows phone, there are a few ways to sign out of your account. Here are three methods:
- Type “netstat -a” into the command prompt and see if your computer is connected to the internet. If it is, type “netstat -a | grep Microsoft” to see if Microsoft’s account is listed in the results. If it isn’t, you can sign out by going to your account settings and clicking on the “sign out” button.
- Type “netstat -a | grep msft” into the command prompt and see if Microsoft’s account is listed in the results. If it isn’t, you can sign out by going to your account settings and clicking on the “sign out” button.
- Type “netstat -a | grep msft | wc -l” into the command prompt and see how many lines there are of Microsoft’s accounts listed. If there are more than 10,000, you may have too many accounts registered for one computer or your computer may be overloaded with too manyMicrosoft accounts. To clear all of them, type “netstat -a | grep msft | wc -l”.
