If you’re like most people, you probably use Excel to do things like track expenses and sales data. But if you want to take advantage of the features of Excel that are not available through other programs, you’ll need to screenshot it. There are a few different ways to screenshot Excel, but the most common is to use the “Print” button on the Ribbon and select “Screenshot.” Then, just hit “Print.” Another way is to right-click on a worksheet and select “Save As…” then select “Excel.” The last way is to click on the “Print” button on the Ribbon and select “Screenshot.”

Open the excel document that you want to take a screenshot of. Select the “Print Screen” button on your keyboard and then open Paint (or any other image editing software) and press CTRL+V.
