If you’re a user of Outlook 2016, there are a few things you can do to help restore lost or corrupted emails. Here’s how:
- Open the Outlook 2016 Preferences dialog box.
- In the left pane, select the General tab.
- On the General tab, select the Restore Email option.
- In the text field, enter a brief description of what you want to do (such as restoring an email from a backup). Click on the Restore button.
- After Outlook 2016 restores your email, it will show you a message that says it is successful and your email will be restored in its original form and location.
