If you’ve been using OfferUp for a while, you may have noticed that your account has been reset. This is because OfferUp is moving to a new platform and some of the features and functionality of your account may not work as they do now. To reset your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and click on the “reset my account” link at the top of the page.
- Enter your email address and password in the fields below and click on the “reset my account” button.
- Your account will be reset and all of your data will be backed up and you will be able to start using your new account immediately.
Go to offerup. com and click “Sign In” in the top-right corner of the page. Enter your email address and password, then click “Sign In. ”Click the “Settings” tab in the top-left corner of the page.
