LinkedIn is a great resource for finding new friends and networking. However, if you’ve been using the site for a while and your account has been inactive or has had problems with security, it’s time to reset it. To reset your LinkedIn account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your LinkedIn account. If you’re using an older version of LinkedIn, you may need to create a new account.
  2. Click on the “reset my account” link at the top of the page. This will take you to a page that explains how to reset your password and set up new security settings.
  3. On the “reset my account” page, enter your email address and password (if any). You’ll also be asked to choose a recovery plan if you want to restore access to all of your data immediately or keep some of it safe in case of an emergency. If you choose the latter option, be sure to select “keep all data safe.”
  4. Click on the “reset my account” button at the bottom of the page. Your LinkedIn account will be reset and will be available for use as usual!
