If you’re a victim of data theft or have lost your password for your virtual assistant software, there are a few steps you can take to reset it without email.

  1. Log into the software and open the “Options” menu.
  2. Scroll down and select “reset password.”
  3. Enter your new password and click “reset.”
  4. The software will ask for your confirmation code before resetting your password. Enter it into the “Confirmation Code” field and click “reset.”
