If you own a ZTE z981, there are a few things you can do to reset it. First, remove the battery and wipe the phone clean. Next, remove any cards or other devices that may be installed on the phone. Finally, turn on the phone and insert the battery. Once it starts up, press and hold down Volume Down and Power until you see a message that says “Reset”. Then release Volume Down and Power to finish resetting the phone.
