If you have a Google account on other devices, it’s important to remove it so that your account can’t be used to access your Google search results or other services. To do this, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Google account on your computer.
- Click the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen and select “Accounts.”
- In the Accounts section, click the “Google” button next to “Accounts with other providers.”
- In the next window, enter your name and password for the account on other devices. If you’re using a different device for work or school, you may need to create a new user name and password for that device as well. If you don’t have a Google account on that device, you can sign in with an existing account if it’s available.
- Click “Remove from devices.” The process will take some time; please be patient! Once it’s complete, your accounts will be removed from all devices except your computer and any new ones you create.
- Go to Settings2) Tap on General3) Scroll down and tap on Sign Out of Google4) Enter your password to confirm that you want to sign out of Google.
