If you are the administrator of a computer, then you may have a password for that computer. If not, you should create one. To remove the administrator password on a Windows computer, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Start menu and type “cmd” (without the quotes).
  2. Type “net user” (without the quotes) and press Enter.
  3. Type “netcfg” (without the quotes) and press Enter.
  4. Type “userdel /f administrator” and press Enter.
