If you’re a Spotify user, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of the “remove person” feature. This is a way to remove someone from your account without having to go through the hassle of emailing them or writing in a chat. Simply type in their name and password and the feature will take care of the rest. If you’re not sure who someone is, or if they’ve already been removed from your account, here’s how to find out:

  1. Type “Spotify” into the search bar on your desktop or mobile device and hit enter.
  2. If you’re using an iPhone or Android device, open up Spotify’s app and type in their name into the search bar on the top left corner.
  3. If they’re not currently listed under “Spotify users” on your account, they may have been removed for some reason (like if they’ve violated our terms of service). In that case, we recommend reaching out to them directly so that they can continue using Spotify without any issues!
