If you have a Jio account on another device, you can remove it by following these steps:
- Open the Jio app on your device.
- Tap the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap Remove Account.
- Enter your Jio account number and password in the fields below and tap Remove Account.
- Your Jio account will be removed from your other device and you will no longer be able to use it with Jio services.
Turn off the phone and remove the battery. Remove the Jio SIM card from its slot and insert it into a different phone.
