If you have an active PayPal account and a payment is past due, you can remove it from your account by going to the PayPal website and clicking on the “My Account” tab. There, you will see a list of all your payments. Scroll down to the bottom of this list and click on the “Inactive Payment” link. You will be taken to a page where you will be able to enter your payment information. You will need to provide your name, email address, and credit card number.
