If you’re unhappy with your Jio phone or want to switch to a different network, there are a few steps you can take to remove your account. First, go to the Settings menu on your phone and select Account. You’ll see a list of all of your Jio accounts, including the one for your phone. Next, select the account you want to remove and press Delete. You’ll be asked if you’re sure you want to delete this account. Press Yes if you’re sure and No if you’d like to keep the account but want to switch networks. Finally, go back to the Settings menu and select Accounts again.
