If you need to remove a user from the registry, there are a few different ways to go about it. The easiest way is to use the Windows Add/Remove Programs tool. This tool can be found in the Control Panel. To use this tool, first open it and then click on the Add or Remove Programs icon. Next, you will need to find the program that you want to remove. In this example, we are looking for the Windows Registry Editor. To find this program, click on the Start button and then type regedit into the search box. When regedit appears in the results list, right-click on it and select Run as Administrator from the menu that appears. Once regedit is open, you will need to locate the registry key that contains your user’s information. To do this, click on File > Open and then browse to where your user’s registry key is located. In our example, our user’s registry key was located at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon. Now that we have found our user’s registry key, we need to delete it. To do this, double-click on it and then enter delete at the prompt that appears. Click OK when finished deleting the key. ..
