If you have a Samsung Galaxy device, there are a few ways to remove it from your account. If you don’t have a Samsung Galaxy device, or if the removal process is different for each device, we will help you remove your device using one of these methods:

  1. Remove the battery To remove the battery on a Samsung Galaxy device, follow these steps:
  2. Open the phone’s Settings app and tap on General. This will open the Settings menu.
  3. Scroll down and tap on Battery. This will open the Battery settings menu.
  4. Tap on Remove battery and confirm by tapping on OK. The phone will then remove the battery and reboot into its default settings.
  5. Remove the SIM card To remove the SIM card on a Samsung Galaxy device, follow these steps:
  6. Open the phone’s Settings app and tap on About Phone . This will open the About Phone screen . On this screen, scroll down and tap on Build number 7 times . The phone will then reboot into its default settings .
  7. Remove memory cards from devices with microSD cards (not included in purchase) To remove memory cards from devices with microSD cards (not included in purchase), follow these steps:

Log in to your Samsung account. Click on the “My Devices” tab. Click on the device you want to remove. Click on the “Remove Device” button at the bottom of the page.
