If you’re a StarMaker user, it’s important to remember that your account is still active and you can use it to create new projects. However, if you’ve lost access to your account or if something happened to your computer, it’s important to check the account status and see if there are any steps you can take to get back in touch with your project creators. Here are some tips on how to do that:

  1. Log into your account and look for the “Account Status” tab on the left-hand side of the screen. If there is a message indicating that your account is inactive or has been lost, please take some action such as refreshing the page or logging in again so that we can update you on our progress.
  2. If everything looks good and you still don’t have access to your account, please reach out to us at support@starmaker.com and we’ll work with you as best we can. In some cases, we may need additional information from you before we can help get back in touch with project creators.
