If you have care.com account and are not logged in, please follow these steps to reactivate your account:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the “Activate Care.com Account” link under the “Account Settings” tab on the left side of the screen.
  3. Enter your username and password and click on the “Activate Account” button.
  4. Your account will be activated and you will be able to use it as usual!
