Pinning a message means that you can keep a specific message open in your chat window so that you can easily access it later. To pin a message, first open WhatsApp and start a conversation with someone. Once you’re in the conversation, tap on the three lines in the top left corner of your chat window. This will open up your messages list. Tap on the message that you want to pin and then tap on the “Pin” button at the bottom of the screen.
