If you’re like most people, you probably use Instagram to capture and share photos and videos of your day-to-day life. But if you want to pause a video on the app, there are a few steps you can take to make sure your footage remains uninterrupted.

  1. Open Instagram and sign in.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the app and find the " paused " tab.
  3. Toggle the " paused " option to on so that your footage remains paused while you continue using the app.
