In HOI4, moving troops across water can be a difficult task. There are a few different ways to do it, but the most effective way is to use transports. The first thing you need to do is find a transport ship. You can find them at ports or in the trade section of the map. Once you have found one, select it and click on the “Move Troops” button. You will then be given two options: Move Troops Across Water Using Ships or Move Troops Across Water Using Boats. If you want to move your troops using boats, you will first need to build some boats. You can find boat parts in the construction section of the map or at ports. Once you have built some boats, select them and click on the “Move Troops” button. If you want to move your troops using ships, simply select the ship and click on the “Move Troops” button.
