There’s something about corndogs that just makes my heart race. I love their simplicity and the way they can be turned into so many different things. So when I found out there was a recipe for corndogs in Spiritfarer, I had to try it! Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 cups all-purpose flour, divided 3 eggs, beaten well and divided among the three bowls of flour, salt and pepper to taste (optional) Instructions: In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, celery, green pepper and garlic powder. Mix in salt and black pepper to taste. In another bowl whisk together 3 eggs. Add egg mixture to the beef mixture and mix until well combined. Divide dough into 3 equal parts; shape each part into a ball and place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
