If you’re a PUBG Mobile player, you may have noticed that your account has been inactive for some time. If so, it’s likely because your account was taken down by Ubisoft. To get your PUBG Mobile guest account back, you’ll need to go through the process outlined below. Once you’ve completed the steps, your account should be back up and running as usual.
- Log into PUBG Mobile and open the “Accounts” tab.
- Scroll down and find your “Guest Account” name. If it’s not there, please create one by clicking on the “Create Guest Account” button at the bottom of the page.
- Click on the “Activate Guest Account” button to start the process of getting your account back up and running. It may take a few minutes for Ubisoft to activate your account and return it to normal operation.
- Once Ubisoft has activated your account, please log in again and check for any changes or updates that may have been made to it since it was taken down. If there are any changes or updates, please update them immediately so that they are reflected in your guest account’s settings!
