If you don’t have it installed yet, you can download it from the App Store. Once the app is open, tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will open up your account settings. Under “Settings,” tap on “Camera & Photos.” If you have an iPhone 6 or later, you will see a slider under “Camera & Photos” that says “Enable Camera for Videos and Photos (iPhone 6 or later).” If you don’t have an iPhone 6 or later, or if your slider says “Disable Camera for Videos and Photos (iPhone 5-6),” then you won’t be able to use Instagram camera until you enable it. To do this, slide the slider to “Enable Camera for Videos and Photos (iPhone 6 or later).” After enabling camera for videos and photos on your iPhone 6 or later, make sure that both videos and photos are enabled in Instagram under Settings > Camera & Photos > Enable Camera for Videos and Photos (iPhone 6 or later). If they are not enabled under this setting then they will not be captured by Instagram when using its camera feature even if they are enabled in Settings > Camera & Photos > Enable Camera for Videos and Photos (iPhone 5-6). ..
