If you are a Windows XP user, you can enable administrator account by following these steps:
- Open the Start menu and type “cmd” (without the quotes).
- Type “netstat -an” to get a list of all network connections.
- In the list, look for “winsock” and “winbind”. If they are both present, then you have enabled administrator account. If they are not present, then you have not enabled administrator account.
