If you are a Windows XP user, you can enable administrator account by following these steps:

  1. Open the Start menu and type “cmd” (without the quotes).
  2. Type “netstat -an” to get a list of all network connections.
  3. In the list, look for “winsock” and “winbind”. If they are both present, then you have enabled administrator account. If they are not present, then you have not enabled administrator account.
