There are a few steps you can take to make editing a screenshot in Word easier. First, create a new document and name it “Screenshot.” Next, open the “Edit” tab and click on the “Screenshot” button. In the resulting window, you’ll be able to select the type of screenshot you want to create. You can choose to create a PNG or JPEG image, but we recommend using PNGs for ease of editing and for displaying on your computer screen. Next, click on the “Create” button and enter a brief description of your screenshot. For example, you might say that your screenshot is of your computer screen with text reading “My Computer Screen.” After clicking on the “Create” button, you’ll be taken to a confirmation page where you can enter some additional information about your screenshot. For example, you might want to specify whether or not you want your screenshot to be saved as an image file or as a text file. If you choose to save your screenshot as an image file, then when you view your snapshot in Windows Explorer or another program, it will be displayed as an image file. If you choose to save your snapshot as a text file, then when you view your snapshot in Word, it will be displayed as a text document. After clicking on the “Save As” button in the confirmation page, you’ll be taken back to the “Edit” tab and able to edit your screenshots just like any other document. You can change font sizes and colors; add images; and more!
