If you are the administrator of a computer, then you can disable the administrator account in Windows 10. To do this, open the Start menu and type “cmd” and hit enter. Then type “netstat -a” and hit enter. The netstat command will show you all the active network connections on your computer. You will see a line that says “localhost”. If that line is not present, then the administrator account has been disabled. To enable the administrator account again, type “netstat -a” and hit enter.
