If you’re a Microsoft customer and have an account on a mobile device, there are a few steps you can take to delete your account.

  1. Open the Microsoft account settings on your mobile device. This is located in the top left corner of the main screen.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the settings and select “Delete my account.”
  3. Enter your password and confirm deletion by clicking “delete.”
  4. Your Microsoft account will be deleted and you will not be able to access it on your mobile device anymore.
