But if you’re like me, you also keep track of what food I’ve deleted from MyFitnessPal. There are a few things to keep in mind when deleting food from MyFitnessPal: -You can’t delete food that has already been added to your account. -You can only delete foods that have been added to your account after you’ve created an account and logged in. -You can’t delete foods that have been deleted by someone else.
