If you’re a customer of Amazon Payments, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of the company’s deletion process. Amazon deletes your account if it detects that you’ve been using it to purchase items outside of the company’s authorized channels. To delete your Amazon Payments account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Amazon Payments account.
- Click on the “Accounts” tab.
- Scroll down and click on the “Delete my account” link.
- Enter your contact information and password for your Amazon Payments account and click on the “Delete my account” button.
