If you’re a member of an Instagram group chat, and you want to delete it, there are a few steps you can take.

  1. Log in to the group and click on the “delete group chat” button at the top of the screen.
  2. Type in the name of the group chat and hit “delete.”
  3. If there are any other members in the group chat who haven’t deleted it yet, they will have to do so first.
