Pinterest is a great resource for finding ideas for your next project or craft, but it can be easy to accumulate too many ideas. If you find that you’re constantly pinning ideas that you don’t have time to follow through on, it’s time to delete some of them. Here are four ways to delete ideas from Pinterest:
- Follow the Pinners’ Instructions If an idea has been pinned by a reputable source, like a magazine or blog, it’s usually best to follow their instructions. This way, you can be sure that the idea will still be available if you decide to pursue it later.
- Use the “Delete” Button If an idea isn’t pinned by a reputable source, or if you just don’t want to follow through on it, you can use the “Delete” button on the pinboard page. This will remove the idea from your Pinterest account and prevent others from seeing it.
- Check for Duplicates and Unfollow Pins That You’re Not Interested in Following Anymore If an idea has been pinned more than once or has been followed by too many people for your taste, consider deleting it altogether. You can do this by clicking on the “Duplicate” button next to an idea and selecting “Remove From Collection.” If an idea is no longer relevant to your interests, unfollow all of the pins related to it so that you won’t be alerted when new pins about that topic are posted. ..
