If you have a large email list and you want to keep track of all the emails that have been sent, but you don’t want to keep them in Outlook, there is a way to do that. You can use the “delete duplicates” feature of Outlook to delete all the emails from your list, without keeping them in Outlook. To use the “delete duplicates” feature of Outlook, open Outlook and click on the “Options” button. Then, on the “Options” screen, click on the “Delete Duplicate Emails” button. Now, all the emails from your list will be deleted without being kept in Outlook.
