If you have an Instagram account and want to delete an upload, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the three lines in the top left corner of your screen (the one that says “Profile”).
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Delete.”
  4. Type in the following information into the “Delete” field: your name, the upload’s title, and a link to where you can view the file again.
