If you have an email account on Windows 7, you can delete it by using the following steps:

Open the Start screen and type “cmd” (without the quotes) and hit enter.
Type “netstat -a” and hit enter.
Look for the “Ethernet Connections” item and click on it.
Click on the “Delete Account” button.
