If you’re like most people, you probably use Outlook on your iPhone to manage your email and calendar. But if you want to delete an email account from Outlook on your iPhone, there are a few steps you need to take. First, open Outlook on your iPhone and sign in with your account information. Then click the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen and select “Delete Account.” You’ll be asked to confirm deletion before clicking “Delete.” If you have multiple email accounts in Outlook, each with its own password, you’ll need to create a new password for each account. Once all of your accounts are deleted, Outlook will ask you to sign in again for verification. After signing in, click “Create New Password” and enter a new password for each account. Now that all of your email accounts are deleted, it’s time to cleanup any old data that may be stored on them. Click “Cleanup” at the bottom of the main screen and follow the prompts to clean up any old messages, contacts, calendars and other data that may have been stored on these accounts.
