If you’re a Western Union customer and you’ve been having trouble deleting your account, here’s how to do it:

  1. Log in to your Western Union account.
  2. Click on the “Delete Account” link at the top of the main screen.
  3. Enter your name and email address into the “Delete Account Information” field and click on the “delete” button.
  4. Your account will be deleted and all of your transactions will be cancelled.
