If you’ve ever had a bad experience with a product or service, chances are you’ve left a review. But what if you need to take down a review that you wrote yourself? Here’s how to do it. To delete your own review on the Knot, first open the Knot app and find the review that you want to remove. Tap on it and then tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will open up the Review Details screen. In the Review Details screen, tap on “Delete this Review” at the bottom of the screen. If you want to keep your original rating for this review, tap on “Keep Original Rating” and then enter a new rating in the text box next to “Rating: 5 stars 4 stars 3 stars 2 stars 1 star.” Finally, tap on “Delete Review” at the bottom of the screen. ..
