If you have a family sharing account on an iPhone or iPad, there are a few steps you can take to delete the account.

  1. Open the Accounts app and sign in to your account.
  2. Scroll down and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen that say “Deleting Account.”
  3. Type in “family Sharing” into the text field and hit enter. The app will ask if you want to delete all of your accounts or just this one. Choose “all.” The app will then create a new family sharing account for you and save your old one as well.
