If you have a Commonwealth Smart Access account, you can delete it by logging into your account and clicking on the “Delete Account” link. If you do not have a Commonwealth Smart Access account, you can create one by clicking on the “Create Account” link.
Go to the Commonwealth website and log in to your account. Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen. Click on “Account Settings” from the drop-down menu that appears. Scroll down to where it says “CSA Account”.
