If you’re like many people, you probably have an HDFC account. But if you’re like many people, you might not have a branch to use to close that account. Here’s how to do it without a branch. First, find out your account number. You can find this on your statement or online at hdfcbank.com. Next, head over to the bank’s website and sign in. Click on “My Accounts” in the top left corner of the screen and then select “Account Details.” On the next page, under “Account Type,” click on “HDFC Bank Personal Loan.” This will take you to a page where you can see your account details and account numbers. Now that you have your account number and details, it’s time to close your account. To do this, go back to hdfcbank.com and sign in again. Under “My Accounts” in the top left corner of the screen, click on “Account Details.” On the next page, under “Account Type,” click on “HDFC Bank Personal Loan.” This will take you to a page where you can see all of your open loans (including personal loans). Find the personal loan that corresponds with your account number and click on it. On the next page, under “Loan Details,” click on “Close this Loan.” You’ll be asked to confirm that you want to close this loan by clicking on a button that says “Yes.” After clicking on this button, your loan will be closed and any remaining balance will be transferred into your bank savings or checking account within two business days! ..
