If you’re a contact in your company’s customer database and you want to change their read-only status, there are a few things you need to do. First, make sure that your contact is registered with the company. This will ensure that they have access to all the features of the customer database, including changing their read-only status. Next, create a new user account for your contact and enter their new name and password. Once they’ve logged in, go to the “Contact Properties” tab and click on the “Read-Only Status” link. You’ll now be able to change their read-only status by editing their information on the “Contact Properties” tab. You can change their name, email address, phone number, or other information. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if you want them to remain read-only for the rest of their account with the company.
