If you’re a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, you can cancel your transunion account in Canada by calling 1-800-829-9227 and providing your name, date of birth, and passport number. You’ll also need to provide your social insurance number. Once we receive your cancellation request, we’ll send you a confirmation email and a link to our online cancellation form. You can complete the form at any time before the account is cancelled. If you cancel your account before it’s due to expire, we may still charge you for the remaining months of the account if it’s still active.
