If you are a BBM Enterprise user, there are a few ways to cancel your account. The first way is to go to your account settings and select “Cancel my BBM Enterprise account.” This will cancel your account and all of your messages will be deleted. The second way is to call customer service. To do this, you will need to go to the “My Account” section of your BBM Enterprise account and click on the “Cancel my BBM Enterprise account” link. The customer service representative will then help you cancel your account.
