If you’re a Square customer, there are a few things you can do to cancel an appointment. First, open the app and select the “Cancel Appointment” option. Then, enter your name and phone number and click on the “Cancel” button. If you have an existing appointment, you’ll be asked to confirm your cancellation before being able to leave.
