If you’re anything like me, you love ordering food from DoorDash. The app is easy to use and the food always arrives quickly. However, there is one downside to using DoorDash: cancelling orders. Cancelling an order can be a pain in the butt. You have to go through the entire order process, from selecting your dish to confirming your payment, before you can cancel it. And sometimes the cancellation process is automated and takes more than a few clicks to get rid of an order. Here are four tips for cancelling orders on DoorDash:

  1. Use the “Cancel Order” button on the app’s main screen. This button is located at the bottom of every order page and it’s easy to spot.
  2. If you’ve already completed your order process, try clicking on “My Orders” in the app’s main menu and then selecting “Cancel Order.” This option is also located at the bottom of every order page.
  3. If you’ve cancelled an order but still have it listed in your “My Orders” list, try clicking on “Reset My Orders” in that same menu item. This will erase all of your orders and start fresh with no past orders saved in your account.
  4. If none of these options work for you, contact customer service via phone or online chat. They’ll be able to help you cancel your order manually if necessary. ..
